However, if your question is not answered through these resources, you can access additional support within TrainTraq.
To obtain additional support:
- In TrainTraq, click the Support tab. This opens the Support page, which allows you to request assistance via email
- Select a radio button to designate who receives your request. If you have a choice, please try your departmental processors first, as they will be more familiar with your training record.
- Type your question/request into the email text field. Click the Send Email button. A message displays at the top of the page to confirm that the email has been sent.
