Accessing and Reading Your Transcript

TrainTraq keeps a record of all of the courses, programs, and tasks you have completed as an A&M System employee. This transcript is available to you at all times and is your official training record should you need to provide documentation.

To access your transcript, click the My Transcript tab.

Highlights the My Transcript tab

The Transcript page consists of two main sections:

  1. The Completed Courses and Tasks section allows you to view course and task completions and/or withdrawn completions.
    1. By default, completed courses and tasks are displayed. Select the Status drop-down menu to filter to All (to see both Completed and Withdrawn) or Withdrawn (to see Withdrawn only) completions.
    2. If you would like to print or save a copy of your completed or withdrawn courses and tasks, click the PDF icon located at the top right portion of the section.
  2. The Completed Programs section allows you to view program completions and/or withdrawn completions.
    1. By default, completed programs are displayed. Select the Status drop-down menu to filter to All or Withdrawn completions.
    2. If you would like to print or save a copy of your completed or withdrawn programs, click the PDF icon located at the top right portion of the section. My Transcript tab displays completed courses, tasks, and programs.
