Welcome to TrainTraq Help!

We’re working on changes for Workday!

TrainTraq Help is designed to provide you with a comprehensive list of help topics for each role within the TrainTraq system.

TrainTraq was completely re-designed and re-engineered in 2009 and we hope you find the new system to be user friendly and efficient.

What’s Your Role?

Employees:

All Texas A&M System employees have access to the Employee role in TrainTraq. This role allows you to access required and professional development training offered through TrainTraq.

Employee role help topics can be accessed by clicking the Employees tab at the top of this page.

Managers:

In addition to the employee role, if you hold a supervisory role, you will also have a Manager role in TrainTraq (a new feature). To switch your view to the Manager role, select Manager from the Change Role drop-down menu in the upper right corner of TrainTraq.

Manager-specific help topics can be accessed by clicking the Managers tab at the top of this page.

Training Administrators, Workstation Processors, & Departmental Processors:

For those that play a role in training management and compliance, you will have either a Training Administrator, Workstation Processor, or Departmental Processor role in TrainTraq. To view your assigned training role, select the desired role from the Change Role drop-down menu in the upper right corner of TrainTraq.

To learn more about your assigned role and access role-specific help topics, click either the Workstation & Dept Processors tab or the Training Administrators tab at the top of this page.

For a full comparison of the TrainTraq roles, see the Understanding Roles Page
