Drop Registration for an In Classroom Training

You may drop your course registration at any time before the initial meeting date. If you need to drop your registration on the first day of the course, please email the course contact for assistance. You can find the course contact information by viewing the Course Details.

To Drop an In Classroom Training

  1. Select the Home tab. highlights where to find the Home tab
  2. Under the Overview tab, find the Registered In Classroom Course Sections. Search for the course you are registered for. Select the Blue >> Button or the Course Name. The Registered In Classroom Course Section is located under the Overview subtab.
  3. From the Section/Class Information screen, click the red Drop button. The red Drop button is found at the top and bottom of the page.
  4. Confirm that you would like to be removed from the roster by selecting Yes. Confirmation dialog box appears
  5. A message displays at the top of the page to confirm that the training has been dropped. A blue Operation successful message appears at the top of your screen
