Getting Support (for Employees)

If you have questions regarding TrainTraq, first review the Employee Role documentation, including:

  • The Employee Role
  • The Home Page
  • Searching For and Selecting A Course
  • Finding Classroom Training
  • Accessing and Reading Your Transcript
  • Frequently Asked Questions

However, if your question is not answered through these resources, you can requests additional support within TrainTraq.

To request additional support:

  1. In TrainTraq, click the Support tab. This opens the Support page, which allows you to request assistance via email. The support tab is located at the top of the page
  2. If more than one support contact is listed, you will be able to choose one by selecting the radio button next to their name. Select a radio button to designate who receives your request. If you have a choice, please try your departmental processors first, as they will be more familiar with your training record.
  3. Type your question/request into the email text field. Click the Send Email button.
  4. A message displays at the top of the page to confirm that the email has been sent. Example of the notification that will appear at the top of your screen when you submit a support request.
