Recent bug fixes and functional improvements made to FAMISweb

New items are added to the top of each section. Older entries will be removed over time as they become standard functionality. The number of the release in which the bug was fixed is indicated in brackets.
Highlights of the Recently Fixed
- Account maintenance: Fixes improve permissions, input restoration, inherited values, validation and read-only behavior on GL, SL and SA pages, including work in closed fiscal years. [1.12]
- Documents, inbox and TDP: Fixes correct document headers, routing searches, inbox columns, TDP links and asset details to improve navigation, readability and exports. [1.12]
- Asset search: Multiple fixes improve filter persistence, search accuracy and display of selected search criteria. Asset searches launched from related workflows now provide more consistent results. [1.11]
- General accounting: Account maintenance pages include clearer validation messages, improved selection controls and refinements to responsible person selection. [1.11]
- Payroll reporting: Payroll review and export pages have been updated to improve column naming, report clarity and consistency between on-screen information and exported files. [1.11]
- Bank and voucher pages: Several display, navigation and reporting refinements improve visibility into financial activity and help ensure information is presented consistently across related pages. [1.11]
Asset Management
- Fixes to asset component maintenance improve field values in edit mode, building and room behavior, class and acquisition selections, fund sequence validation and display of user and property information. [1.12]
- Asset search criteria, campus and building selectors, result displays, links and downloaded information have been corrected for more reliable access to asset records and transactions. [1.12]
- Document headers, routing searches, inbox columns, TDP links and asset details have been corrected to improve navigation, readability and exports. [1.12]
- TDP search results, filtering behavior and asset linking have been refined to provide more reliable access to transfer information and associated assets. [1.11]
- Multiple fixes across Asset search improve filter persistence, search accuracy and display of selected search criteria. Asset searches launched from related workflows now provide more consistent results. [1.11]
- Asset transaction pages now have clearer grids, improved ISN display and better download formatting. [1.10]
- Asset component maintenance pages now provide clearer validation messages, improved field handling and expanded editing support. [1.10]
Banking
- Bank and voucher pages now have several display, navigation and reporting refinements that improve visibility into financial activity and help ensure information is presented consistently across related pages. [1.11]
- Banking transaction displays and exports now align more closely with on-screen results and include additional navigation refinements. [1.10]
Customer Management
- Notes permissions, buttons and panel behavior have been refined across account and customer pages. Audit information displays and downloads include clearer change details and more consistent formatting. [1.12]
- Status indicators, terminology, alias validation, contact information and secure-field displays have been refined for clearer and more consistent record review. [1.12]
- Error messages, field behavior and workflow consistency have been improved across customer creation and editing pages. [1.11]
- Customer search pages now include improved headers and customer note visibility, making important information easier to review. [1.10]
General Accounting
- General ledger (GL), subsidiary ledger (SL) and support account (SA) pages include fixes for permissions, input restoration, inherited values, validation and read-only behavior, including work in closed fiscal years. [1.12]
- Account maintenance pages include clearer validation messages, improved selection controls and refinements to responsible person selection. [1.11]
My Accounts
- Improved account handling when adding accounts to My Accounts lists, resulting in more reliable list maintenance. [1.10]
- Users can now add accounts with the same account number from different members. Sorting, filtering and delete functions have also been restored. [1.9]
Payroll
- Payroll review and export pages have been updated to improve column naming, report clarity and consistency between on-screen information and exported files. [1.11]
- Payroll Expenditures and Payroll by UIN now provide consistent download functionality and support Download All exports. [1.9]
Purchasing and Payables
- Purchase Order Search exports now include additional information to support offline review and analysis. [1.10]
- Departmental Correction Request (DCR) documents now support splitting a single line into multiple lines. [1.9]
Subsidiary Ledger / Subsidiary Account (SL-SA)
- SL-SA Encumbrances now correctly display all available encumbrances online (up to 1,000 records) and support Download All exports. [1.9]
FAMISweb-Wide Improvements
- Multiple pages now include corrected labels, placeholders, column widths, button behavior, selector styling, popup sizing, filter chips and accessibility details. [1.12]
- Employee search dialogs have been standardized across multiple pages, providing a more consistent process for selecting responsible persons, users and substitutes. [1.10]
- Multiple exports have been updated so downloaded information more closely matches what is displayed on screen. [1.10]
- Added Download All functionality to numerous pages, allowing users to export complete result sets without page limitations. [1.9]
- The Global Queue now correctly displays the routed individual’s name during FYA routing instead of the generic label “Individual.” [1.9]
- Multiple forms, grids and dialogs have been refined with cleaner spacing, clearer labels, improved tooltips and more consistent page behavior. [1.10]
