How Do I Request Access to BusinessObjects?

If you do not have access to BusinessObjects, or need to request additional security access within BusinessObjects, follow these steps:

  1. Fill out and sign the Statement of Responsibility (SOR) form
  2. Have the SOR signed by your supervisor
  3. Identify the Authorized Security Requestor for your institution and security access type (HR/Payroll vs. Financial)
  4. Have the SOR signed by the approver
  5. Send the SOR to support@tamus.edu

Access is generally granted within two business hours. Once you have access, you should see a BusinessObjects link on your Single Sign On menu. If you don’t see the link, try signing out and back in.

If you need access to a specific folder within BusinessObjects, or information regarding your current security access, email support@tamus.edu.
