Budget Load Status
During the budget season, the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) receives the ‘current’ extract of budget data from the FAMIS budget module. After processing, the budget data’s status will be displayed on the ‘Budget Load Status’ page. Budget officers can utilize this status information to assess the timeliness and accuracy of the data presented in reports or files.
- The Enterprise Data Warehouse updates the budget data every 4 hours between 6 AM and 7 PM during budget season.
- Budget B (Board)
- It has been reviewed, evaluated, and approved by the board of directors.
- Budget C (Current)
- It indicates that this data set is the “current” extract from the FAMIS budget module.
- Budget D (Done)
- Finalized budget, indicating that all planning and allocation processes for a fiscal year have been completed, and the budget is ready for implementation.
