PCTs
Date Extension for PCTs
- Members may now request a temporary extension to allow PCTs for an additional fiscal year.
- The table is driven on a member-by-member basis.
- PCTs can now be created for one additional fiscal year for a specific time period. The additional fiscal year will be available to any user who can create a PCT for that member; approvers in the Processing Office must be aware of this extension and reject any PCTs that were not part of the need for the extension.
- Obtain the extension by submitting a Change / Enhancement Request. In the request, an ending date (within the current fiscal year) must be specified; the extension will automatically end based on this end date.
- Account Descriptions Added to PCT Document
- The widths of several columns were reduced and a new column for Account Description was added:

Account Attribute Changes
- An exception was added to not require a function code for Endowment GL accounts (Fund Groups 60–67).
Laserfiche Purge
- Purged all documents in the FAMIS Reports Repository created in 2018 (Run 2018 folders).
