Release 1.7 (available May 7, 2026) includes new functionality and targeted enhancements focused on asset visibility, vendor and invoice workflows and overall usability across common pages. This release emphasizes clearer information display, improved search and selection tools and refinements that make it easier for users to review, locate and manage financial data.
New and Enhanced Pages and Features
Asset Management
- Asset Search: A new Asset Search page is now available, providing users with an improved, centralized way to locate assets using expanded filters, the ability to further refine results, and a clearer results display.
- Asset Component: A new Asset Component page allows users to review consolidated details about asset components, including overview, location and inventory, property control, accounting, TDP and other details all in one spot. Editing and transaction capabilities for entitled users will be introduced in future releases.
- Preliminary Assets: Preliminary assets are now integrated into the Fixed Assets space, enabling centralized visibility. Both the Asset Search and Asset Component pages deliver information on preliminary assets. Look for the “preliminary” search refiner on Asset Search and the “preliminary” chip on the Asset Component page.
Payables
- Vendor Attributes: The new Vendor Attributes page presents vendor details in a structured layout, including additional attributes and aliases, making vendor verification faster and more reliable.
Receivables
- Invoice Create, View and Search: Invoice workflows now include clearer customer selection, improved navigation between related records, more helpful validation messages and cleaner formatting.
General Ledger
- GL Attributes: GL Attributes pages have been refined with clearer required-field indicators, improved table formatting and more consistent navigation behavior.
GL Overview
- The GL Overview page has been updated to help account owners quickly identify opportunities to transfer funds or take corrective action.
General Enhancements
- Search and Selection Improvements: Typeaheads, dropdowns and combo boxes have been improved for clarity, consistency and ease of use.
- Usability and Visual Refinements: Pages now feature improved spacing, labeling, validation messaging and standardized formatting for dates and values.
- Navigation and Workflow Consistency: Navigation prompts, value retention and record linking have been refined to reduce unnecessary interruptions and repeat searches.
