Release 1.6 (available April 10, 2026) continues our focus on expanding inquiry coverage, improving navigation between related records and smoothing common day-to-day workflows across FAMISweb. This release introduces several new pages, particularly within Purchasing, Payables and Account Oversight, along with expanded interlinking, improved search tools and small usability enhancements designed to make information easier to find and interpret.
Account Oversight
General Ledger (GL)
The GL Attributes page provides centralized access to attribute information associated with GL accounts.
Subsidiary Ledger-Support Account (SL-SA)
- SL-SA Account and Subcode Details: A new page providing a consolidated view of SL-SA accounts and associated subcodes to support easier inquiry and review.
- SL-SA Encumbrances by Reference: A new page offering the ability to view encumbrances grouped by reference, improving visibility into outstanding commitments.
Receivables
Customer Invoice
- Invoice Search, Invoice View, and Create Invoice: The Customer Invoice area continues to expand with refinements and enhancements that support searching for invoices, viewing invoice details and creating invoices within a consistent, user-friendly experience.
General Accounting
Lookup
- Subcode List: A new page allowing users to review available subcodes in a single, easy-to-review location.
Purchasing
Several key purchasing-related pages are introduced to FAMISweb in this release. All documents have enhanced searchability, making it easier to locate information. Direct links to AggieBuy have been added in many locations, ensuring seamless navigation from FAMISweb.
Requisitions
Requisitions are now presented separately from purchase orders and have their own search.
- Requisition Search: Search enhancements make it easier to locate requisitions independently from Purchase Orders (POs), using familiar filtering patterns.
- Requisition Header: Requisition header pages present key information in a clearer, more consistent format compared to Canopy.
Purchase Orders
- PO Search: Search tools for purchase orders have been enhanced to improve findability and reduce repeat searches. A robust vendor search is available via a refined modal experience.
- PO Header: A centralized header view for purchase orders provides clearer access to key details compared to Canopy.
- PO Line Item: Item-level detail pages support closer review of purchase order contents.
Accounts Payable (AP) Invoices
- AP Invoice Search: Invoice search capabilities have been added or refined to improve filtering and navigation of results. A robust vendor search is available via a refined modal experience.
- AP Invoice Header: A new invoice header view brings key AP invoice information into a more consistent, readable layout.
Documents and Approvals
- Purchasing and requisition routing documents are now available from Inbox, Outbox and Enroute.
Interlinking and Links to AggieBuy
Numerous pages now include links to related records as well as direct links to AggieBuy. You’ll find enhanced linking on:

General Enhancements
This release includes a collection of behind‑the‑scenes fixes and usability refinements aimed at improving stability, readability and overall day‑to‑day use of FAMISweb.
- Selector Updates: Type-ahead selectors across multiple pages have been refined to improve responsiveness, reduce unexpected behavior and prevent input overflow on smaller screens.
- Clearer Status Labels and Messages: Status labels and validation messages have been updated across several pages to use clearer, more descriptive language and improve consistency.
- Search and Grid Usability Improvements: Many search pages and grids include small refinements such as adjusted column widths, clearer labels, improved spacing and more intuitive default behaviors.
