Letter of Credit Table Maintenance (SPR Screen 816)
- This functionality has been transferred to Maestro. All Additions, changes and deletions are now maintained through Maestro.
Concur Disallowed Expenses
- Changes were made to the selection of Out of Pocket (Cash) Expenses to be applied to any disallowed expenses.
- If a disallowed expense of $6.00 was found, FAMIS would attempt to find a cash expense to fully cover this amount. Previously, FAMIS used the first cash expense listed for the expense report.
Canopy Updates
- Improved error messages in Canopy to be more meaningful
- Open Commitment Tab
- AggieBuy(SciQuest) PO numbers are now hyperlinks that will take the user to the Purchasing Document Header Tab.
- SciQuest Cross Ref column has been added to display the corresponding SciQuest document.
DBRs
- Removed phantom notes from 2014 on some 2024 DBRs
