This update summarizes key FAMIS support activities, system updates, and upcoming changes affecting processing and user support.
- Laserfiche
- We plan to purge Run2020 reports on April 1, 2026.
- We missed purging in 2025. This gets us back to having five full years plus the current year available.
- Year-End Processing Change
- To support a smoother year‑end close, regular business FAMIS processing will end at 12:00 PM (CT) on the final day of the fiscal year.
- This change allows the FAMIS team to begin year‑end processing earlier, at
12:30 PM (CT), and helps ensure a reliable, less risky transition into the new fiscal year.
- High Radius-Autonomous Receivables
- We are continuing the second implementation phase.
- TEES, Agrilife Research, AgriLife Extension, Tarleton and TTI.
- Radiant
- We are processing batch imports/exports.
- We are waiting on some deliverables for the programming to work correctly.
- New/Coming Soon
- A new Financial System Modernization Updates web page. We are developing the list of current projects in progress for all our financial systems and hope to have the page live by the end of March.
