Transfer Departmental Property (TDP) allows departments to initiate the transfer of property from one department to another or from a department to a surplus. TDPs are created and routed through the original and destination departmental routing and approval paths to acquire the required electronic approvals. Upon final approval by the TDP Processing Office, the requested property transfers are posted to Fixed Assets. A single TDP can be used to initiate multiple transfers.
TDPs are initiated through Canopy (FFX > Transfer > Create Transfer).
TDPs can initiate property transfers across system members.
