- Benefit Events
You will see how employees enroll in coverage and learn the various tasks that route to a Benefits partner as part of staffing changes. You will also learn about your responsibilities in supporting employees as they add dependents, enroll in coverage, and change benefits as part of onboarding, annual enrollment, or a qualifying life events.
If you have not already completed the prerequisites for this course, Workday Core Concepts for Security Roles, and Workday Advanced Navigation, we recommend you stop and complete these two courses first. This course may at times refer to terms and concepts discussed in these courses that will benefit your understanding.
This is not a required course but highly recommended for all persons who are Benefits Partners who will use Workday. The course should take no longer than 1 hour to complete depending on the pace of the learner. This course is developed by IT Training and Development, a department within the A&M System Office of Information Technology.
