BenefitsBenefits Partners will now receive an approval step when employees or retirees create a benefit change event prior to their State Group Insurance Program (SGIP) date1/30/2025
BenefitsEmployees will now receive an alert when a benefit enrollment event has three days remaining before the submission deadline 1/30/2025
BenefitsA new report, "Missing Beneficiaries," is available to Benefits Partner and Benefits View Only roles that returns workers and/or retirees enrolled in a plan with missing beneficiaries 1/30/2025

Absence ManagementThe report, "Length of State Service," now displays UIN, Original Hire Date, Most Recent Hire Date, Employee Type, Time Type, and Annual Work Period fields3/6/2025
BenefitsThe Address Change Benefit Event now requires approval by the Benefits Partner3/6/2025
BenefitsThe Administrative Correction Benefit event will no longer reprocess if earlier events are completed and will not reprocess other event types that are later dated3/6/2025
BenefitsEmployee Spending Account elections will default to their current elections during Medical Support Order benefit events3/6/2025
CompensationDuring the initiation phase of merit for each member, an automatic merit plan removal process will run to remove the plans from ineligible employees3/6/2025

PayrollThe report "Workers Located Out of State - Texas" now includes additional fields that are needed for WCI reporting3/20/2025

PayrollPay Rate Type can no longer be created, edited, or deleted by Payroll Partners. This access has been given to selected employees at each member with a new role, Payroll Manager4/3/2025

- Lapse - Donated Sick (Taxed) (Adjustment Only)
- Lapse - Donated Sick (Tax-Exempt) (Adjustment Only)

CompensationA new Employee Total Rewards Statement user interface is now available. The Total Rewards Statement can now be printed from the Benefits and Pay hub5/1/2025
PayrollThe formula used to calculate Overtime - FLSA pay has been updated to ensure employees are paid correctly when they have multiple hourly jobs5/1/2025
