Supporting Performance and Goals in Workday

The purpose of this course is to introduce Talent Analysts and Talent Partners to important concepts and business processes for which they will be responsible while supporting Goals and Performance in Workday.

In this course, you will learn to leverage Workday’s performance review templates to guide employees and managers through the process. Understand how to involve additional reviewers and navigate approval workflows, keeping in mind their impact on merit awards. Utilize Workday reports to streamline annual reviews and goal setting, including differentiating between ad-hoc and annual goals, and following the established goal setting process.

This is not a required course but highly recommended for new Managers who will use Workday to manage those they supervise.It is advisable that you take Workday Core Concepts for Security Roles and Workday Advanced Navigation before completing this course.

The course should take between 45mins to 1hr to complete. This course is developed by IT Training and Development, a department within the A&M System Office of Information Technology.
