StaffingA new report, "Personal Information Changes," is available to HR Partner, Payroll Partner, and Tax Compliance Partner to view the most recent change to a worker's legal name, preferred name, social security number, home address, or work address8/14/2025
PayrollCamp Revenue Sharing Payments are now setup with a new earning code and one-time payment plan8/21/2025
PayrollThe report, "Compensation Changes," has been updated to display correct base and prorated amounts regardless of annual work period9/11/2025
Talent & PerformanceRecruiting and Talent Pool Managers can now add or remove Pool Managers and Contacts to existing pools9/11/2025
Time TrackingA new report, "Time Summary Matrix," is available to Absence Partners, HR Contacts, HR Partners, Managers, and Timekeepers. This report provides time summaries per position to identify the position and manager associated with pending approvals9/11/2025
Absence ManagementThe report, "FMLA Eligibility for Hours Worked and Projected," has updated help text, additional fields, and will now capture changes to monthly workers between pay calculation and the end of the month9/25/2025
StaffingThe Flexible Work Arrangement business process now displays questionnaire results to HR Partner during the review task9/25/2025
StaffingThe Contract Contingent Worker business process has been updated by hiding non-essential fields for a better user experience. The default weekly hours and first day of work fields are no longer editable9/25/2025
BenefitsThe report, "Employees Becoming Benefits Eligible," now includes employees with multiple jobs if the primary job is not a benefits-eligible position, but the additional job(s) is eligible for benefits10/16/2025
Time TrackingManagers will receive bi-weekly alerts for time entries pending approval10/16/2025
RecruitingExternal career sites now display a reminder that current employees should apply through the Jobs Hub in Workday

The withdraw application confirmation message now warns candidates that they cannot reapply to a position after withdrawing their application

PayrollThe IRS Annual Contribution Limit (TDA+ORP) has increased from $70,000 to $72,000 for CY2026 per System Benefits Administration11/24/2025
PayrollThe FY2026 wage limit for Optional Retirement Program (ORP) and Teacher Retirement System (TRS) is now $350,00011/24/2025

Cross-Application ServicesThe Guardian H-1B Portability Days setting is now 240 Days, and the Track Visa Type and Work Eligibility functionality are enabled12/11/2025
PayrollWorkday is now compliant with SECURE Act 2.0 and automatically switches retirement plan deductions for eligible participants to Roth once the regular limit is reached12/11/2025

Absence ManagementThe State Comp Time Off Plan now has the Expiring Accruals feature enabled, allowing earned State Comp Time Off to expire exactly 12 months after accrual1/29/2026
Absence ManagementThe Request Leave of Absence business process now includes a Faculty Partner approval step, based on member selection1/29/2026
StaffingThe report, "Business Process Events - Worker Staffing Details," will now run as a background process and be available in My Reports1/29/2026
