Virtual Platform Demos — A demonstration of the Accelevents virtual platform was held June 23. Visit the Resource Hub for more information on getting an account. A Demonstration of the Aventri platform will be held July 14th. Invitations were sent out to HROs, CFOs, CIOs and all provosts. A reminder will go out July 11th. Workday Help Refresh Survey — Thank you for completing our survey! We had over 300 responses! This data will help provide us guidance as we work to refresh our site.
Workday Training Engagement — Deloitte consulting firm has been selected. Contracting is underway. Development of foundational Workday curriculum is projected to begin planning phase September 1.

Benefits
- Open Enrollment has begun. Employees can make elections through July 31. Hire benefit events that result in coverage starting in July or August will require the employee to also complete an Open Enrollment event to continue their coverages into the new plan year.
- Benefits Partners have security permissions to add/edit the ‘Eligible for 12 over 9’ Other ID through September 2, 2022. Allowed changes include:
- Editing the Eligible for 12 over 9 Other ID value from N to Y
- Adding the Eligible for 12 over 9 Other ID value with a value of Y
Absence
- Create Critical Time Tracking Validation with Opt In/Opt Out Choice To System Members — Time Entry errors were expanded based on member decision to require that staff 50% FTE or greater enter equivalent hours on their time sheet before the option to submit is available.
Staffing
- Fix Fields in Custom Notification in Termination — The notification email to Export Control Partner when an employee with Non-Immigrant citizenship terminates now displays the Company name.
Reporting
New Reports
- Employee and Manager Hierarchy Email Notification — Returns title and email information for employees and their managers.
- Benefit Events Status Report – Pending Events — Returns Worker, Employee ID, Company, and Retiree Organization fields.
Updated Reports
- Empty Supervisory Organizations — Organization ID has been added.
- Missing Costing Allocation — Renamed to Positions Missing Costing Allocations and now excludes workers who are not within their annual work period as of the report run date.
- Tax Treaty Exemption Amount for 1042-S — Now sums the values of income codes 18, 19, and 20.
- Time Summary Review — Now includes data about employees’ additional jobs.
