Overview

During the Job Application Process, a Candidate is dispositioned when they are no longer considered for a position. Candidates can be dispositioned at any stage during the business process. The purpose of the disposition reason is to record for the Human Resources office why decisions were made. When a Candidate is dispositioned, they will receive a notification but will not see the reason for the disposition. The notifications are general in nature and do not contain text related to the specific disposition reason selected. 

Initial Review

  • Accepted another position
  • Duplicate Application
  • Does not meet required minimum job qualifications
  • Incomplete application
  • Unable to contact candidate
  • Candidate withdrew
  • Position not being filled
  • Internal Candidate did not accept application terms and conditions
  • Internal Candidate – Needs to Reapply through Workday
  • External Candidate – Needs to Reapply through Career Site
  • Candidate notified outside of Workday (available only to Recruiting Partners)

Screen

  • Accepted another position
  • Does not meet required minimum job qualifications
  • Less relevant experience/skills than other candidates
  • Less relevant education than other candidates
  • Unable to meet work schedule of position
  • Unable to contact candidate
  • Candidate withdrew
  • Pool contains sufficient candidates not requiring immigration-related employment sponsorship
  • Position not being filled
  • Incomplete application
  • Internal Candidate – Needs to Reapply through Workday
  • External Candidate – Needs to Reapply through Career Site
  • Candidate notified outside of Workday (available only to Recruiting Partners)

Interview

  • Candidate Withdrew – Compensation is insufficient
  • Candidate Withdrew – Unwilling to relocate
  • Candidate Withdrew – Job duties unappealing
  • Candidate Withdrew – Lack of career development opportunity
  • Accepted another position
  • Less effective interview
  • Less Effective Interview (No Candidate Notification)
  • Less relevant experience/skills than other candidates
  • Less relevant education than other candidates
  • Unable to meet work schedule of position
  • Does not meet required minimum job qualifications
  • Less preferred qualifications
  • No show for interview
  • Candidate withdrew
  • Pool contains sufficient candidates not requiring immigration-related employment sponsorship
  • Position not being filled
  • Unable to contact candidate
  • Internal Candidate – Needs to Reapply through Workday
  • External Candidate – Needs to Reapply through Career Site
  • Candidate notified outside of Workday (available only to Recruiting Partners)

Reference Check

  • Accepted another position
  • Reference is not favorable
  • No response from references
  • Candidate withdrew
  • Pool contains sufficient candidates not requiring immigration-related employment sponsorship
  • Position not being filled
  • Hire not approved by HR
  • Less relevant experience/skills than other candidates
  • Less relevant education than other candidates
  • Less preferred qualifications
  • Hired as Contingent Worker (Qatar)
  • Internal Candidate – Needs to Reapply through Workday
  • External Candidate – Needs to Reapply through Career Site
  • Candidate notified outside of Workday (available only to Recruiting Partners)

Offer

  • Declined Offer – Job duties unappealing
  • Declined Offer – Lack of career development opportunity
  • Accepted another position
  • Declined Offer – Compensation is insufficient
  • Declined Offer – Unwilling to relocate
  • Declined Offer – Unable to meet work schedule of position
  • Declined Offer – Other reason or no reason provided
  • Candidate withdrew

  • Position not being filled
  • Hire not approved by HR
  • Hired – No Show

  • Position not being filled
  • Hire not approved by HR
  • Hired – No Show
  • Hired as Contingent Worker (Qatar)
  • Unable to contact candidate
  • Internal Candidate – Needs to Reapply through Workday
  • External Candidate – Needs to Reapply through Career Site
  • Candidate notified outside of Workday (available only to Recruiting Partners)
