The purpose of this job aid is to show employees and managers how to view the security roles they or their employees are currently assigned.

Getting Started

  1. Navigate to your Worker Profile or the Worker Profile of an employee you manage.Workday homepage with the profile picture button selected
  2. Select Job from the navigation menu.Workday worker profile overview page with job tab highlighted on the left side of the page
  3. On the Job page navigation menu at the end, select More then Assigned Security Roles.Worker profile with the job tab open to show more then Assigned Security roles selected

You will see all of the Security Roles that are currently assigned.Assigned security roles on the worker profile

This completes the process to View Assigned Security Roles.
