Prerequisites
A Flexible Work Arrangement for Alternate Work Location or Flexible Work Schedule must exist and not yet have ended.
Important Information
- A Proposed End Date for a flexible work arrangement does not automatically terminate the arrangement.
- Before initiating this process, you should verify if your member will allow you to submit this process in Workday.
- Only the HR Partner should end flexible work arrangements for Workplace Accommodation.
- The Employee and the Manager will receive an email notification when the End Flexible Work Arrangement is approved.
- If a flexible work arrangement must be extended or renewed, a new Flexible Work Arrangement request must be submitted.
Getting Started
- Navigate to the Employee’s Worker Profile.
- Select Job on the left hand navigation panel and select the Flexible Work Arrangement tab.
- Locate the Flexible Work Arrangement you wish to end and select End under the Available Actions column.
- On the End Flexible Work Arrangement page, select the End Date to indicate when the Worker’s Flexible Work Arrangement will end.
- Enter any comments or upload attachments, as needed.
- Select Submit.
The Employee will receive an inbox action item to review their contact information.
This completes the End Flexible Work Arrangement for Worker business process.
