Beginning May 1, 2023 (CYQ2) Workday Services will formally support the below methods for members to contribute ideas and request changes as the defined governance process for HCM Advisory Council approval.

- Customer Contact: Working group member, HRO or Payroll Manager or A&M System office representative via email, phone, in-person meetings, or via the ticket system at support@tamus.edu
- Working Group: Working group member through agenda item or online group customer board or as new item during meeting
- Workday Community: Functional lead to working group as a result of various Workday Community channels (semi-annual release, conference, events, online research)
- HRO Meeting: HRO requests during meeting
