Workday Services

Recruiting

• The primary default questionnaires have been updated to reflect new Military Employment Preference language from the State Legislature

Talent

• Updated Report:  Worker Education includes a prompt for Company and an option to include terminated Workers

Time Tracking

• New Report:  Project Accounts returns project hierarchy levels for the prompted projects and is available for Project Managers and Project Hierarchy Managers

Benefits

• Updated Reports: Benefit Census TAMUS includes the Retiree Organization for Retirees

Compensation

• Compensation Pay Ranges for all Compensation Grades have been updated effective 09/01/2023 as per the Pay Plan Administrator

Payroll

• Updated Reports:  Audit – TRS Max Wage and Audit – ORP Max Wage Limit reflect the FY2024 maximum wage limit

Staffing

• The Employee’s current Absence Partner will receive the To Do: Determine Time Off Payout for Change Job in the Change Job business process
• The Hire, Change Job, and Add Additional Job business processes now limit selectable Annual Work Periods for certain types of Graduate Assistants based on member selection
• The Change Job and Add Additional Job business processes now prohibit the selection of the Longevity job classification if Tenure Status is Y
• The State Veteran Preference question that triggers in Onboarding has been updated to reflect new Military Employment Preference language from the State Legislature

• Verifications for SSN quarterly reviews are available in File Depot for the August 31st file run
