Workday Services

Recruiting
- Activated new feature that provides various user experience improvements on external career sites
Compensation
- Employees are now able to view all completed Compensation events within the Benefits & Pay hub
- Updated Report: Employee Grade Pay Range Analysis now has a prompt and column for Employee Type
Payroll
- New one-time payment plan for One Time Merit Payment – Grossed Up is available
- New Earning Codes
- One-Time Merit Payment – Grossed Up
- Student Organization Payment – Grossed Up

- Updated Reports
- Compensation Changes populates compensation changes for hourly paid Employees, as well as salaried Employees when the prompt Exclude Events with no Change to Compensation is checked
- Pay Result for Tax Reconciliation contains a new field for Pay Result Type
- Pay Calculation Results for a Period has a new prompt for Employee Type
Staffing
- Updates to Hire
- Enhanced Pre-Hire Search: Workday now filters out active workers who don’t have a termination date, and limits the results to 100
- The US Person Questionnaire and the To Do “Record background Check, Selective Service, Mail Stop, and Verify Education” route to HR Partner or HR Contact based on member selection
- HR Partner Review step in Switch Primary Job will skip when both positions are Student Worker and at the same Company based on member selection
- The user interface in Job Change (Change Job Templates) now extends to Review steps
- Updated Report: Headcount by Month and Annual Turnover by Company includes a prompt for System Member Part when run outside of the HCM Executive Dashboard
