Workday Services

Recruiting

  • Managers no longer have access to move Candidates through the Recruiting grid
  • The Active Job Applications section is available to Recruiting roles on Candidate profiles
  • Updated Report: Number of Veterans Employment Preference Candidates in a Given Timeframe has been renamed to Number of Military Employment Preference Candidates in a Given Timeframe and includes the new values approved by the Texas State Legislature

Talent

  • The Employee To Do in the Manage Goals business process has been removed

Benefits

  • Benefit group and plan eligibility rules have been enhanced when determining eligibility for a Graduate Fellow working in a benefit eligible position

Payroll

  • Payroll Partners will receive an alert when a Change Job Transfer (to a new Company) event is corrected
  • Access to manage Employee Withholding Orders has been removed from Payroll and Tax Partners
  • New Report: Workers Located Out of State – Texas returns pay information within a date range for all Workers with home, work, mailing, or alternate work location addresses outside Texas

Staffing

  • The Hire, Change Job, and Add Additional Job business processes limit selectable Job Profiles for Graduate Assistants based on member selection
  • The Personal Information Change business process includes a To Do for updating GLACIER for Payroll Partner or Tax Compliance Partner, based on member selection, that triggers when an Employee changes citizenship status to Permanent Resident
  • The End Flexible Work Arrangement business process contains a To Do for updating contact information
  • The Termination business process prohibits terminating Workers who are on any type of leave
  • The Termination business process includes a To Do for updating GLACIER for Payroll Partner or Tax Compliance Partner, based on member selection, that triggers when a Foreign National terminates
