Absence
- Deleted Report: FMLA Eligibility — Deleted in Workday; members should continue manually determining eligibility for FMLA
Recruiting
- Updated Report: Candidate Flow — Now includes Candidates’ degrees, work experience, and application questions and answers
- New Report: Recruiting Sources by Supervisory Organization — Returns the number of job applications submitted through each recruiting source for the prompted supervisory organization and is available to Recruiting Coordinators and Recruiting Partners
Benefits
- Validation in Change Benefits Business Process (BP) Will Prevent Events that Conflict with Open Enrollment — Employees are no longer able to submit conflicting benefit events during Open Enrollment for the months of July and August
- Status Change Notification for Graduate Fellows — Graduate Fellows will receive a notification towards the end of each semester prompting them to contact their sponsoring department if they have a change in status
Payroll
- Help Text in Payment Election Enrollment Event — The Payment Election Enrollment Event BP has been updated to include instructions regarding Employee responsibilities
- Pay Cycle Event and Print Checks BPs — The To Do: Review Reports for Payroll in the Pay Cycle Event BP has been removed
- SSN Quarterly Verification — Verification for SSN quarterly review is available in File Depot for the February 28th file run
Staffing
- Validation Added to Passport and Visa Change BP — This BP now only allows one active Visa ID Type for Employees with Non-Immigrant citizenship
- Member Routing for Request One-Time Payment Step in Change Job BP — The Request One-Time Payment step in the Change Job BP will route to HR Partner or HR Contact based on member selection
- Member Routing for Assign Costing Allocation Step in Staffing BPs — This costing allocation step now only routes to Budget Contact in the Hire, Change Job, Add Additional Job, Termination, End Additional Job, Create Position, and Edit Position Restrictions BPs
- Onscreen Text Edit for Assign Costing Allocations — The onscreen text has been modified for Assign Costing Allocations steps in these BPs: Hire, Add Job, Create Position, Change Job, Termination, End Additional Job, Edit Position Restrictions, and Request Compensation Change. These changes provide more clarity on the necessary information to complete the step as well as various requirements and downstream impacts to consider.
- Notification for Edit Position Restrictions Reclassifications — HR Contacts and Managers will receive an email notification when an Edit Position Restrictions BP is completed for the reason of Reclassification
- Updated Reports:
- Employees with Flexible Work Arrangement — Updated to include Approval Date and a prompt for Subtype
- Termination Details — Updated to include Most Recent Hire Date and Position information
