Workday Services

Benefits
- Benefit Group Eligibility Rules, Benefit Plan Year Definition, Health Plan Rates , and Insurance Rates for Long Term Disability (LTD) have been updated for FY2025
- ACA Measurement Configuration has been updated to calculate eligibility credited during FY2024 which applies to Open Enrollment for the upcoming plan year
- Superior Vision will be known as Superior Vision by MetLife effective 9/1/2024
- The Hartford no longer requires Evidence of Insurability (EOI) to enroll in Alternate Basic Life (ABL)
- The Dependent Details tab in the Benefits section of the Worker profile loads more quickly for Workers without Dependents
- Addresses in Texarkana are no longer eligible for the Dental HMO plan
- The Health Care Spending Account contribution limit has been increased to $3200 for FY2025
- Pre-Open Enrollment and Open Enrollment announcements in Workday will display to Employees in preparation for Open Enrollment
Compensation
- Request Compensation Change business process allows a compensation amount of zero for additional jobs that are less than 4.5 months
Merit
- Test in Sandbox at least a couple of weeks before launching in production
- Completed Merit Configuration Worksheet must be submitted at least three weeks prior to Merit launching in production
- New Merit Partners need to complete an SOR form to get access
- Run the report Compensation Changes to identify changes between May 10 and September 1
- Due date to submit EIB request for One time Merit is 7/26/2024
Payroll
- The Biweekly Period Schedule has been updated to include CY25 Pay Dates and Time Tracking dates
- The report Find Timesheets has been hidden as the Timesheet functionality is not used
Staffing
- When multiple Executive Approvers are assigned to an organization, all Executive Approvers will be required to approve select tasks to move the process forward
- Updated report Business Process Events — Worker Staffing Details to include prompts as well as columns for Company – Current and Company – Proposed
