IT Operations & Support
- 2025 W-2 Preparations: Work is underway, and communications with member W-2 representatives have already begun.
- I-9 Process Transition: Equifax/Guardian I-9 management has officially transitioned to the Operations Team, which is now collaborating with the I-9 Working Group on all related activities.
- SSN Quarterly Verification: The August 31 verification process is complete, and files are available in File Depot for review. Moving forward, these files will also be posted to the File Share Portal. Please contact Anna McCoy if you need access.
Workday Services
Release items discussed do not reflect the entire list of updates to the Workday application in the past 30 days. Time & Absence
- Updated Reports:
- The report, “FMLA Eligibility for Hours Worked and Projected,” has updated help text, additional fields, and will now capture changes to monthly workers between pay calculation and the end of the month
- A new report, “Time Summary Matrix,” is available to Absence Partners, HR Contacts, HR Partners, Managers, and Timekeepers. This report provides time summaries per position to identify the position and manager associated with pending approvals
Talent & Performance
- Recruiting and Talent Pool Managers can now add or remove Pool Managers and Contacts to existing pools
Payroll
- Employees will need to authenticate by providing their current bank account number when changing their direct deposit information
- Updated Reports:
- The report, “Compensation Changes,” has been updated to display correct base and prorated amounts regardless of annual work period
Staffing
- The Contract Contingent Worker business process has been updated by hiding non-essential fields for a better user experience. The default weekly hours and first day of work fields are no longer editable
- The Flexible Work Arrangement business process now displays questionnaire results to HR Partner during the review task
