- Review Open Action Items
- Updates to performance reviews requested by October 11th
- Add direct link for Manager’s to TrainTraq from Employee Performance Reviews- awaiting HAC vote
- Q: can we add information on archiving goals errors- looking to add an FAQ
- Discussion:
- New feature: Manage Goals
- Allows for edits/changes to multiple goals at once so that Manager’s receive a consolidated approval in their Inbox instead of one task per goal.
- Vote: 11 yes / 0 no
- Performance Reviews- past due training question: change the wording or adding another question about whether the employee ever was past due on training?
- Please discuss pros/cons with your offices.
- Will vote on specifics at next meeting.
- Reminder that we will be updating all Performance Reviews to the next FY. All updates to Review Templates will need to be submitted prior to the completion of these being published in Workday.
