The Employee Assignments Page
The Employee Assignments page allows you to take the following actions on employees who report to you:
- View course, program, and task assignments
- Create course, program, and task assignments
- Edit course and task assignments
- Remove course, program, and task assignments
To access this page, select the Assignments option in the Employee tab menu.
When the Employee Assignments page opens you will be prompted to select an employee from a list of all your current employees.
To select an employee, locate the desired employee’s name and/or UIN and then click the Select button to the left of the employee’s UIN.
The Employee Assignments page consists of two main sections: Employee Details and Assignments.
- The Employee Details section displays basic information on the selected employee.
- The Assignments section lists all assignments for an employee and is separated into three sub-tabs:
