Performing a Course Search

The Courses page allows you to search for and view all courses in the catalog(s) for which you have access.

To search for and select a course:

  1. Select the Search
  2. Select the Courses The Courses page displays. All courses available to you are listed at the bottom of the page.
  3. Locate the desired course. To do so, you can choose to:

  1. Scroll down the list of courses and use the paging buttons located at the top and bottom of the course listing to locate the course. Note: Courses are listed in alphabetical order.
  2. Complete one or more of the fields in the “Filter results by:” section at the top of the Courses page. You can search by Course Name, Course Number, Workstation, Course Tag, Course Type, and/or Course Status.

*Note: If you want to search through both course names and description text using the text entered into the Course Name field, you must select the “Search course name and description” checkbox located below the Course Name field.

  1. When finished, click the Search button. The list of courses displayed at the bottom of the Courses page updates to reflect the search criteria entered.

The course listing displays the course number, name, description, owning System Member, CEU credit, CPE credit, and course type for each course displayed.
