The Courses Page

The Courses page allows you to search for and view all courses in the catalog(s) for which you have access. NOTE: You cannot create a new assignment for an employee on the Courses page. To make an assignment, you must access the Employee Assignments page. To access this page, click the Courses option in the Search tab menu. The Courses page consists of two main sections: TrainTraq Course Search page with search parameters area marked 1 and the list of courses marked 2.
  1. The “Filter results by:” section allows you to search for a course by course name, course number, workstation, course tag, course type, and/or course status.
  2. The Course List section lists available courses. This includes the following course types: In Classroom, Online, and Other.
