Announcements

Click on the Announcements tab of the section that you would like to view.

From the Announcements tab, you can send an announcement email via TrainTraq to the individuals on the section roster.

1. Announcements may be sent to individuals with the statuses of Enrolled, Cancelled, Completed, Incomplete, No Show, All on the roster, or to the Waitlist only. You can also choose to CC the Announcement to the Instructor by clicking the box.
2. Once you have entered the text, click the blue Publish and Notify
3. All sent announcements, for the section, will be recorded on the Section Announcement screen below the blue Publish and Notify button.
