Employees Tab

The Employee Tab provides a view of an employee’s training record.  You will have access to an employee’s Dashboard, Waitlist information, Upcoming Registered Section information, and Completed Courses/Tasks (Transcript).

To view an employee’s information:

  1. Select the blue Employee Search button
  2. A pop-up window will appear
  3. Searches may be made using partial or full last name or first name, UIN, Workstation, or Adloc. Select Search
  4. Select the Status box to include non-active employee records
  5. Locate the employee from the list displayed
  6. Use the blue Select button to open the employee’s information
