Reports Tab
The Department Registrar role has limited report capabilities. The Reports tab will allow you to pull the following reports:
This report will provide information necessary to bill employees for training. Complete the drop-down menus for the information you would like to include. The report information may be exported to Excel using the save icon.
This report will provide information on the number of people who completed a Section. Complete the drop-down menus for the information you would like to include. The report will automatically set the default dates to the last 30 days. This report may be exported to Excel using the save icon.
This report will provide general information on the number of employees who registered for courses by Workstation. The information in this report may include complete, incomplete, and no show. This report may be exported to Excel using the save icon.
This report will provide evaluation information by Instructor. Enter the instructor’s UIN. The report may be limited to a date range if entered. The TrainTraq Evaluation must be used to generate the information in this report. This report may be exported to Excel using the save icon.
