What’s Your Role?
Employees:
All Texas A&M System employees have access to the Employee role in TrainTraq. This role allows you to access required and professional development training offered through TrainTraq.
Employee role help topics can be accessed by clicking the Employees tab at the top of this page.
Managers:
In addition to the employee role, if you hold a supervisory role, you will also have a Manager role in TrainTraq (a new feature). To switch your view to the Manager role, select Manager from the Change Role drop-down menu in the upper right corner of TrainTraq.
Manager-specific help topics can be accessed by clicking the Managers tab at the top of this page.
Training Administrators, Workstation & Departmental Processors, and Departmental Registrars:
For those that play a role in training management and compliance, you will have either a Training Administrator, Workstation or Departmental Processor, or Departmental Registrar role in TrainTraq. To view your assigned training role, select the desired role from the Change Role drop-down menu in the upper right corner of TrainTraq.
