It is the last week of finals, graduation ceremonies commence, and it is Mother’s Day on Sunday; it is a very busy week

    • The CIO Council meets Tuesday at 4:00 p.m. for their monthly CIO Chat

    • CRM (Blackbaud, Technolutions and UC Innovations executed; Anthology is with the vendor)
    • Mass Notification RFP (Rave, Everbridge, Summus agreements pending; Critical Arc agreement executed)
    • UPD RMS RFP (RFP is posted; 10 responses received, three semi-finalists identified)
      • May 6-7: Hold system-wide demonstrations for the three semi-finalists
      • May 20-21 (estimated): Select finalist, begin contract negotiations
      • May 28-29: Secure Executive IT Council approval for implementation
      • July: Begin pre-planning for change management, implementation and conversion
