The Home tab provides you with quick access to the most important information—incomplete assignments.
Each time you launch TrainTraq, the Home tab displays the Assignments page by default.
The default view is set to show all active, overdue assignments for all workstations for which you have access. You can immediately see each employee’s UIN, Name, assignment date, due date, the date last notified, course title, and assignment status. To display the assignments matching the default selections, click the Search button.
Depending on the number of outstanding assignments shown, you may want to filter your results to see more specific information. To do this, make the appropriate selections in the Workstation, ADLOC, and Assignment Status fields, select or deselect the Show Overdue checkbox, and then click the Search button. The assignment listing updates to reflect the selections made.
