Running Course Assignments, Completions, and Withdrawals Reports
The Workstation/Adloc Reports page allows you to run various course reports, including:
- Course Assignments
- Course Assignments – Excel Layout
- Course Assignment Withdrawals – Excel Layout
- Course Completions
- Course Completions – Excel Layout
- Course Completion Withdrawals – Excel Layout
Note: Some of the reports are available in two formats: a standard version and an Excel layout. The standard version is designed for easy printing and review, while the Excel version organizes data into columns, allowing for sorting and filtering. To learn more about the differences between Standard and Excel report layouts, refer to The Difference Between Standard and Excel Layouts page.
Caution: If you pull a large report—such as completions for a course that many people have taken or completions over a wide date range—you may receive an error message. If this happens, either change your filters to pull less data, use a tool such as BusinessObjects to generate a report, or request a report through TrainTraqHelp@tamus.edu. |
