The Workstation/Adloc Reports page allows you to run both course assignments reports and course completions reports. Each report type can either be run as a standard report or in Excel layout. So what’s the difference?
- The standard report (indicated as Course Assignments and Course Completions in the Report drop-down menu) includes a formal report header with a System seal, report title, and a list of the filters selected for the report parameters. This style of report is organized by UIN, with one main entry for each UIN and the course assignments/completions listed all together underneath the entry. Also, the standard report displays slightly less information than the Excel layout style report.
- The Excel Layout style report (indicated as Course Assignments –Excel Layout and Course Completions – Excel Layout in the Report drop-down menu) provides more information compared to the standard report style, but does not include a formal report header. Additionally, this report is organized by course number, which means all assignments/completions for a course are grouped together.
