- Each of these changes are only seen by the Training System Admin
- New menu option on the Employee tab: Exclusions
- This will allow you to define a list of UIN’s that are to be excluded from being chosen for training
- There is a Employee Search button that will bring up a window in which you can search using various filters
- New feature on the Manage Employees In Groups page: Mass Add
- You will see a button labeled Show Mass Add. When pressed, it will make visible a panel in which you can define multiple UIN’s to add to the group
- You will need to separate each UIN with a comma or hit return after each
- Once you have entered all UIN’s in the panel, hit the Add button and they will be added to the list below
- When you no longer want the panel visible, press the Hide Mass Add button
