Following are the feature changes that occurred in the 3.1.2 version
Minor Feature Enhancements
- Allow employees to get on a specific Section/Class waitlist if they were already on the Course waitlist
- E-mail formatting changes for lots of system generated e-mails
- Admin Roles -> Utilities -> Directory Info now links to the Employee page; Now shows the entire workstation name (instead of code)
- Other minor enhancements
Bug Fixes:
- Bug: Admin roles: When adding Workstations/Adlocs to Assignment Rules, the entire Workstation/Adloc list disappears
- Bug: Private link for Sections not working
- Bug: Payment for Sections – do not allow employees to delete any payments used for future classes; employees must have at least one payment method on file
- Bug: History Tab for Employees would sometimes how more information than needed
- Bug: Instructor Role would disappear after all Sections were completed
- Bug: SysAdmin/TrnAdmin role: sometimes, users could not edit notification the first time they clicked into the text box
- Bug: Section “Completion” dates need to insure they have the correct date, as Section End Date, throughout application
- Report: Training Dept Registrar Role – Section Stats report – class hours were pulling from CPE instead of CEU
- Report: Training Dept Registrar Role – Billing Report is wrong – pulling wrong grouping of data
- Report: System Participation by Workstation – not pulling everyone
- Course Catalog Tab – the Category drop-down not sorted correctly
- Bug: Registrar Role – if changing from Auto-Enroll YES to NO, insure that the waitlist employees are updated as well to auto-enroll = no
- Bug: Registrar Role – class notes could only take .zip files on server, but would allow user to upload all types (then save on server incorrectly as .zip file)
