To ensure that you receive a completion record:
- Close the SCORM player window after completing a course. Closing the SCORM player window after a course (assuming the course has been successfully completed) is what triggers the completion to record in TrainTraq. Once the SCORM player window is closed, log out of TrainTraq and Single Sign On (SSO) or continue taking courses. See Figure 1.
- Avoid using the Forward or Back buttons in the web browser as these actions may disconnect communication between the course and TrainTraq. In order for a completion to record, reopen the course and resume.
- TrainTraq will timeout after three hours. If this happens, close the course and resume.
- Taking online courses in older browsers such as Internet Explorer 6 will result in completions not recording properly. The recommended browser is Internet Explorer 7 or later. To resolve this issue, update your web browser to the latest version.
