“Data Downloaded, Connection closed” error

The issue: User sees an image that looks like a progress bar that stops midway through the download along with the message “Data Downloaded, Connection closed.”

Microsoft Edge users may see this error when viewing a small number of courses. The remedy is to switch Internet browsers. Note: the Microsoft Edge browser look almost exactly the same as the Internet Explorer (IE) icon.

It’s recommended to use a PC or Mac with Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Chrome with the Flash Player plug-in installed.  Chrome is a good choice because it comes with Flash already built-in.
