Fee Structures
To get to the Fee Structures page, hover or click on the Utilities tab and click on Fee Structures.
A fee structure is required for all in-classroom courses. Your department may or may not charge for training courses. If your department does not charge for training, a no-charge fee structure will need to be created.
Fee structures may be simple or complex. A single fee structures may be created to charge multiple fees for various Texas A&M System universities, departments, or agencies.
If there are multiple Departmental Registrar’s in your department, fee structures created will be visible to all Registrars to avoid duplications within the Node/Adloc. The following example displays two different fee structures for one department.
