Evaluation Question Page
To get to the Evaluation Questions page, hover or click on the Utilities tab and click on Evaluation Questions.
TrainTraq offers the ability to create an evaluation survey.
When creating the survey you may add Introductory Text and then choose from three types of evaluation questions:
- Likert Scale
- Free Response (Short Answer)
- Multiple Choice
The Likert Scale has preset answer selections from 1 to 5. Free response will provide a text box for answers. Multiple choice will allow you to enter the selection options for each question.
You may only create one evaluation for your Node Adloc. If there are multiple Department Registrars in your department, please confer prior to creating/editing an evaluation.
You are not required to use the TrainTraq evaluation for a course. If your department is currently using an evaluation system, you may continue to use the existing evaluation by entering the survey URL in the course or section during creation.
When a course Section has been completed, an Evaluation Results tab will appear on the Course Overview page. This tab permits the review of the evaluation results. The tab is visible to Departmental Registrars and the Instructor for the Section.
