The Future Documents tab contains a list of Certification Documents that are for the next un-opened certification period.
The tab consists of inboxes similar to the Inbox tab, except these documents have not yet been opened and are in the Collecting status. As of version 1.3 of Time and Effort, these collecting documents have been moved to this tab to reduce confusion in the inbox (since no current action is needed on these documents).
If you are a Manager you may have a second document list in your inbox in this Future Documents tab – a list of documents for your employees. If you have this list, you also have the Manager. Consult that section of this documentation to understand your duties as a manager in the Time and Effort System.
