Recertification Justification

When a Document has been certified and is later opened due to a payroll correction or a payroll cost transfer, one or more questions will be asked when certifying the document again to specify the details of why a document needs to be recertified.

Sponsored Project, Activity, or Program

An externally funded activity that is governed by specific agreement terms and conditions. Sponsored projects must be budgeted and accounted for separately, subject to the terms of the sponsor. Sponsored projects may include grants, contracts, federal formula funds, and cooperative agreements for research, instruction, and other sponsored activities.
