The Home tab displays the SSO Menu and the employee’s Recent Logon Activity. Messages regarding System Maintenance, application updates and security warnings may appear at the top of this page.
SSO Menu
This section of the Home tab lists the web applications an employee can access using SSO authentication.
The ‘Manage Menu’ button at the bottom of the list allows the employee to edit the number of items on the menu by choosing to hide or display an application.
In addition to editing the menu, the employee can update their email, password and Secret Question parts of their profile by clicking the ‘General’ link. These edit features are also available from the ‘Profile’ tab.
Recent Logon Activity
This section of the Home tab lists the most recent logon activity for the employee’s SSO account. Each activity is color-coded to represent activity that may be of concern to the employee if the activity wasn’t initiated by the employee.
Clicking an activity type will display the Activity Details information about that activity.
Clicking the box next to an activity type then clicking the ‘Report Problem’ button will report the questionable activity to a security administrator for further research.
